Our Guarantee

If any part of any Badge-A-Minit system should, under normal operation, using Badge-A-Minit parts, break or fail to function, we will repair or replace the part free of charge for as long as you own the system!

Returns

You must notify Badge-A-Minit within 30 days of receiving your order if you wish to return merchandise. A letter of instruction should be included with any return stating what action you would like us to take. Please include your invoice number. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.

Shipping Information

To order, choose your desired quantity and method of shipping. Choose from FREE UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Overnight Shipping. (Prices are for STANDARD overnight shipping with delivery Monday through Friday.) All prices listed below include both product and shipping costs. Shipping costs are for orders shipped within the continental United States. Additional charges will apply to orders shipped outside the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska and will not be reflected on the order form. Please call 800-223-4103 (815-883-8822) for shipping quotes. To ensure proper delivery of your order, overnight and 2nd day shipping requests must be received by 2:30 C.S.T. The shipping fee that you see on the order form represents a packaging and handling fee.
