October 2013 Hot Button Winner

Congrats to our
October 2013 Hot Button of the Month Winner!

October's Hot Button of the Month Contest Winner is... PJ Hunter from Benton County Republican Women of Oregon in Corvallis, OR. The "We Can Cure It" button was designed to be a positive affirmation that a cure can and will be found, making breast cancer a disease of the past.

"We may never know how effective this button is, but if it serves as a reminder to women to perform a self-exam, make an appointment for a mammogram, or contribute to breast cancer research, it might help save lives," PJ said. "Until a cure is found, 'awareness' is the key to early detection and treatment of breast cancer."

As the Hot Button of the Month winner, PJ received a $100 Badge-A-Minit gift certificate.
