July's Hot Button of the Month Contest Winner is... Greg Bencosme from Pollo Tipico in Sanford, FL. Greg made the "PT Hispanic Festival" buttons to "help promote the annual celebration of all things Hispanic shared through folk music, dancing, art and traditional foods."
"We passed out our buttons right in our restaurant, at the street fair, and at both block parties that we catered that week. Everyone loved their buttons, especially that we represented every flavor of Hispanic heritage in the background behind our logo with national flags: Mexican, Dominican, Puerto Rican and so on," Greg said. "Our friends all got to sport what makes them collectively Hispanic, what makes them uniquely different, and then what it is that we ALL can come together and bond over - GREAT FOOD!"
"Traffic has been up at the restaurant and we have five more catered events next month for our promotional efforts!" Greg noted. As the Hot Button of the Month winner, Greg received a $100 Badge-A-Minit gift certificate.

Cindi Goodeaux from GAS and Company Clowns in Jacksonville, FL, submitted this "Choose JOY" button. Cindi is a professional clown and made the button to wear on her costume to make people smile.
Jessica Strautmann of Custom Button Designs in Wauwatosa, WI, made these buttons for a friend and her family, who lost their dad to pancreatic cancer. A group of friends participated in a 5K run/walk to raise money for research, and wore the the buttons to stand out from the crowd of purple t-shirts. Jessica noted that the buttons drew a lot of attention, and everyone liked the special of touch of added purple ribbons!
